The six weekly sessions will provide group clients evidence-based foundation to nutritional health, practical and easy to follow strategies to develop health seeking habits, debunk myths surrounding food, and a lot more.

Program Features
Weekly Live Coaching
The 6 x weekly 1 hour club is designed to lay the foundations to optimal nutrition in a topic-based format. We will cover the guiding evidence-based principles to nutritional health, behavioral strategies to successful lifestyle changes, and set specific and actionable goals to a lasting success.
Individual check-ins
You will have a 30 minutes 1:1 check-in where we can discuss your progress, challenges, and your plans ahead. This will also be an opportunity where you can ask a question in a private setting.
Resource Guides
You will receive resource guides that reflect the theme of the specific week to refer back to when needed. You will also be provided with weekly workbook to assist you in putting the lessons learned into practice.
Private group access
You will have private facebook group access for the duration of the program where you can connect with your cohort members, celebrate your wins, discuss challenges, as well as ask your nutrition coach questions and receive customized feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Absolutely not. The club is a space where you are supported in whatever journey you are in but you are not required to share personal information. You are free to share as little or as much as you like. If you have any private questions, you can raise them during our mid-point 1:1 session.
The club is not for members actively seeking a weight loss program, but the by product of learning the foundations to optimal nutrition is long-term weight management.
There will only be a maximum of 10 club members at any one time. This helps us to make the sessions as intimate and interactive as possible. Limited members also means spots fill up quickly, so register as early as you can.
