The aim of the Nutri-Build program is to make evidence-based nutrition work for every food choice. As the name suggests, the program does not attempt to restrict or replace the foods we grew up loving, in fact, and when appropriate, those foods will be the foundation we BUILD on to meet your nutritional goals and requirements.

Program Features
Initial Consultation
90 mins
The first consultation will involve an in-depth look into your nutritional and health needs and the specifics of what you want to get out of the program. A thorough computerised nutritional analysis of your food record will also be carried out. Based on the information gathered in this consultation, we will set goals we will work towards in the upcoming follow up sessions.
Follow up sessions
6 x 45 mins
The follow up sessions will involve going over the goals we have set, assess your achievements so far and thoroughly discuss the challenges along the way. We will also explore behavioural and cultural perspectives in regards to approach to healthy eating in order to lay a foundation for sustainable nutritional and overall health.
Nutritional Analysis
A computerised nutritional analysis of your food diary will be conducted at the start, middle, and end of your 12 week program to get a factual data of your dietary patterns. Depending on your specific nutritional and health needs, we will be able to pinpoint what we will need to work on and get a clear picture of where we can make some changes to ensure you meet your personal goals.
Regular Check-in
You will get a weekly email check-in in between follow-up appointments to make sure you are on the right path. Not only these check-ins act as a great accountability tool, it will also provide you with the opportunity to shoot questions and discuss any challenges.
Resource Guides
You will receive topical resource guides through email to help you stay on top of what we have explored. The resources are totally customisable so you can request any written guide you think will be of help to refer back to.
Workbook
As part of the accountability feature in your program, you will also get topical workbooks to ensure thorough understanding what we explore in the 6 sessions. The workbooks will also help you put what we have covered into practice as well as articulate the challenges faced.

How it Works
Step 1
In order to make sure this program is the right fit for you, please use the link below to complete an assessment form. Once it is reviewed (usually within 24 hours), we will arrange a free 20 minutes discovery call to go over your needs as well as give you the run-down of the program.
Step 2
Post our discovery call, you will recieve a welcome-pack through email. It will contain the forms below for you to complete in your own time so that your consultation time is not taken up.

Please email back the forms 24-48 hours before your session to give enough time for thorough review.
Step 3
Welcome to Heritage Nutrition! We will arrange your initial consultation on the day and time that best fit your schedule. You can expect to begin your journey to success within two weeks of our discovery call.
Frequently Asked Questions.
The Nutri-Build is a 12 week program which includes 6 follow up sessions. However, you can schedule further follow up appointments if desired.
Fortunately, the side effect of a non-diet approach to nutrition is sustainable weight management. However, we do not directly engage in diet-based nutritional advise that would ultimately lead to dysfunctional relationship with food.
Our programs do not include meal plans, nor do we advocate for a restrictive approach to nutrition. However, we do offer structured but balanced meal guides that you can consider for extra charge.
Nutrition advise is a necessity, not a luxury, and as such should not be expensive. We have made sure your investment into this program is as affordable and competitive as possible. A full breakdown of costs and methods of payment will be covered on our discovery call.
All consultations are virtual. You may choose which online platform you feel most comfortable in holding your 1:1 consultations and we will ensure to arrange your preferred option.
